2. Intellectual Property

Carved Decor owns a proprietary collection of over 5,000 unique designs, 3D models, drawings, and website content (including text, graphics, logos, and images). All content on this site is the exclusive property of Carved Decor and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the website, designs, or products for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

3. Product Information & Natural Materials

We strive to display the colors, designs, and dimensions of our products as accurately as possible through simplified 3D models and drawings. However:

Natural Variations: Our products are crafted from solid wood. Wood is a natural material, and variations in grain, texture, and color are inherent characteristics, not manufacturing defects.
Accuracy: While we aim for precision, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely error-free. Every project is uniquely custom-made, meaning slight physical variations from digital renders may occur.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

Custom Production: With over 30,000 possible variations, items are made-to-order based on your selected specifications.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
Payments: Payments are securely processed through third-party gateways (such as PayPal or Stripe). We do not collect or store your credit card details.
Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping, Customs, and Duties

By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping Policy.

Import Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Carved Decor is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
Refused Packages: If you refuse a package due to unpaid customs duties or fail to provide necessary information to the carrier, you will be subject to our refused package policy. The original shipping cost, return shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any potential refund. If return costs exceed the product value, the package will be abandoned with no refund issued.

6. Returns and Refunds

Your purchases are governed by our Return Policy.

Defects: Claims for shipping damage or structural defects must be submitted to info@carved-decor.com within 72 hours of delivery with accompanying photos.
Non-Defective Returns: Allowed under specific conditions, subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, buyer-paid return shipping, and a 20% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items: Bespoke or fully custom products cannot be returned.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Carved Decor, our directors, officers, employees, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or replacement costs, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Carved Decor and our affiliates, partners, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms & Conditions or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia (the country).

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
