Please note: Due to the extensive design and setup process required for custom work, the minimum order value for bespoke projects is $500.

To start a custom order, we need:

1. DESIGN: High-quality photos, sketches, or 3D models.

2. DIMENSIONS: Exact height, width, and depth. (If you only have one dimension, we can scale the rest proportionally).

3. MATERIAL: Wood type (Beech or Oak) and quantity.

We recommend following these simple tips to keep your carved decor in pristine condition:

• Environment: Maintain a temperature between 50°F and 77°F (+10°C to +25°C) and stable humidity.
• Heat Sources: Keep products at least 3 ft (1 meter) away from radiators, heaters, or fireplaces.
• Avoid: Direct sunlight, sudden temperature changes, water contact, and mechanical impact.

If none of the standard sizes fit your project and the order is large enough, we can make the product in the size needed.
To calculate the cost of a non-standard product, we need the following information:
- Link to the item or a picture of it
- Required quantity
- Type of wood (Oak or Beech).

As we are an international workshop based in Georgia, all shipments to the USA are subject to US Customs regulations.

Mandatory Payment: Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These are collected by the carrier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) before delivery.

Buyer Responsibility: By placing an order, you accept full responsibility for these charges.

Refusal Policy: If a package is refused due to unpaid customs duties, we will deduct the original shipping cost + return shipping cost + a 20% restocking fee from your refund.

We primarily use two types of certified solid hardwood:

1. Beech (Fagus Orientalis)
2. White Oak (Quercus Hartwissiana)
