Do you accept custom orders?
We can create custom pieces to your liking. We are sure that we have enough experience to do almost any complex individual order in our impeccable quality.
We want to note that our professional craftsmen work hard, so the cost of work is usually not lower than $400.
To accurately estimate the cost of our services for your project, we need the following details:

Wholesale availability
You may have a wish to become our dealer, or your business is closely related to interior design, architecture, millwork, production, and sale of furniture. Or you are planning to make a large order. Excellent! Just let us know, and we will make you a special offer.
Instructions for storage and operation
We are sure that these simple tips will help to keep the products in the best possible condition.
Please avoid the following:
- Draughts;
- Putting products directly near heating devices;
- Sudden temperature changes can seriously damage the product.
The furniture/products must not be located less than 1 m from the heat source. Recommended air temperature during storage and/or exploitation is from +10 to +25 degrees Celsius;
- Do not allow hot objects or heating radiation to get on the furniture;
- Water on the surface of a product;
- The surfaces of the decor/furniture should remain dry;
- Expose products to continuous, direct sunlight;
- Thermic damage, mechanical damage, including caused by animals and other damages.
Can you make a product in the required size or personalize the item?
If none of the sizes listed in the description is suitable for you, we can make the product with the required dimensions.
In order for us to accurately estimate the cost of our services to change the size or personalize the product, we need the following information:

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
What kind of material is available for production?
We use two types of wood to make orders:
1) Beech - "Fagus Orientalis Lipsky"
2) Oak - "Quercus Hartwissiana"
If you want us to manufacture products out of a different type of wood and your order is large enough, we can purchase the necessary material.
