Carved Decor offers a large collection of unique artistic carvings, with over 5,000 designs for interior and furniture decor. Each design is available in several sizes, two types of solid wood, and various preparation options, resulting in over 30,000 possible decorative carved products. Every project is special, and we are genuinely pleased to assist you in bringing your vision to life!
Since our items are custom-made to your specifications, we strive to provide detailed product information before you place an order. Our website offers drawings and simplified 3D models of product designs so you can see how they will look in your project. Despite our best efforts, issues can arise, and we remain in contact with our customers to resolve any problems in the best possible way.
1. RETURNS DUE TO DEFECTS OR QUALITY ISSUES
We ensure high-quality standards in our production process, starting with careful wood selection and extending through manual inspection of each item. However, defects or damage can still occur. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us immediately. Depending on the nature of the issue, we offer the following solutions:
1.1 Damage During Delivery
If items are damaged during delivery, please send the following information to info@carved-decor.com within 72 hours of receiving your package:
Photos of the packaging upon receipt
Photos of the damaged items
Comments regarding the damage
Based on our investigation, we will decide on compensation or offer a replacement item.
1.2 Manufacturing Defects & Natural Characteristics
Wood is a natural material, and variations in grain, texture, and color are inherent characteristics of solid wood, not defects. However, if you find a structural manufacturing defect, please send photos to info@carved-decor.com within 72 hours of delivery. Validated manufacturing defects will be resolved via replacement or compensation.
2. RETURNS FOR NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We understand that you may need to return items for reasons other than defects. Here’s how you can return non-defective items:
Initiate a Return: Contact us at info@carved-decor.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
Return Conditions:
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective items.
Inspection: Items must pass our inspection to be eligible for a refund.
Packaging: Items must be returned in secure packaging to prevent damage during return transit.
Shipping Costs & Duties:
- Actual shipping costs paid by Carved Decor will be deducted from the refund.
- Important: If you selected a shipping method with pre-paid duties/taxes (DDP), please note that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable, as these funds are remitted to government agencies.
Shipping Window: Items must be shipped within 10 days of receiving your package.
RMA Validity: Items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the RMA number.
Return Address: We will provide the correct return address, which may differ from the original shipping address.
Return Shipping Expenses: Carved Decor is not responsible for any return shipping expenses.
3. GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS
Eligibility: All returned items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, parts, and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items: Bespoke / Fully Custom products and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase cannot be returned.

4. UNPAID CUSTOMS DUTIES & REFUSED PACKAGES
International orders entering the USA may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Important: If a package is refused by the customer due to unpaid customs duties or failure to provide necessary information to the carrier:

Refund Calculation: We will deduct the Original Shipping Cost, the Return Shipping Cost charged by the carrier, and a 20% Restocking Fee from any potential refund.

Abandonment: In cases where the cost of returning the item exceeds the product's value, the shipment may be abandoned by the carrier. In this instance, no refund will be issued. By placing an order, you explicitly agree to these terms.
Note: Carved Decor reserves the right to deny any returns not in compliance with the above conditions.
