Ornate Furniture Appliques for Mantel from Solid Wood

A horizontal center applique: acanthus scrolls unfurl from a fluted keystone and close in tight C-scrolls at both ends. The relief is low and the proportion long, which makes it right for the rail of a cabinet door, the apron of a mantel or the top of a mirror frame, where a deeper carving would crowd the surface. Carved from solid White Oak or Oriental Beech and sanded ready for stain or paint. Choose the length in the dimensions table; every piece is carved to order and priced individually.
