Yes, we make custom pieces. We are sure that we have enough experience to do almost any complex individual order in impeccable quality.
We want to note that our professional craftsmen work hard, so the cost of work is usually not lower than $250.
To successfully complete a custom order, we require the following information:

1. DESIGN | Pictures, photographs, sketches in good quality, which allow us to accurately understand the design.
2. DIMENSIONS | Exact dimensions of the product (height, width, depth). If only one size is important for your project, then we calculate the remaining sizes proportionally based on the photo and agree with you.
3. MATERIAL | The required quantity and type of wood. We use Oak or Beech.

You may wish to become our dealer; or your business is closely related to interior design, architecture, millwork, production, and sale of furniture; or you are planning to make a large order. Excellent! Just let us know, and we will make you a special offer.

We are sure that these simple tips will help to keep the products in the best possible condition.
The furniture/products must not be located less than 1 m from the heat source. Recommended air temperature during storage and/or exploitation is from +10 to +25 degrees Celsius.
To ensure that the product serves you for a long time, please avoid the following:
- Draughts and sudden changes in temperature and humidity
- Proximity to heat sources (heaters, radiators, direct sunlight, etc.)
- Water getting on the surface of the product
- Mechanical damage, including damage caused by animals.

If none of the standard sizes fit your project and the order is large enough, we can make the product in the size needed.
To calculate the cost of a non-standard product, we need the following information:
- Link to the item or a picture of it
- Required quantity
- Type of wood (Oak or Beech).

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Carved Decor is not responsible for delays due to customs.

We use two types of wood:

1. Beech - "Fagus Orientalis Lipsky"
2. White Oak - "Quercus Hartwissiana"
